Delivery information

1. Prices and taxes:

All prices displayed are in euro and inclusive of VAT at the current rate. If the purchase is made by a customer living outside the EU, the goods will be sold including UK vat.

Local import taxes may be applied to deliveries outside of the UK, which will be your responsibility. The customs office may hold your goods if the local import taxes are not paid. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

2. Countries we deliver to:

We ship to the following countries:

All EU Member States and Australia. If you wish to make an order from a country outside of these countries please contact sales directly at sales@maisy.ie and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

 

3. Shipping and delivery:

All orders are shipped via one of the following couriers: Royal Mail or DPD depending on the size, weight and destination of your package.

Our Standard Delivery within the UK and Ireland is next day delivery if your order is placed before 1.00pm the courier will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours on 9:00am and 5pm.

Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day.

Remember that the times indicated consider only working days (Monday-Friday) and delays may be incurred during public holidays.

Shipping Charges (Euro):

FREE Standard delivery on all UK and Ireland orders over €50

UK and Ireland Standard next day delivery (Order Value under €50) €5 per sale
Europe Standard within 5-7 working days (Order Value under €50) €5 per sale
Overseas within 5-12 working days €5 per sale

All Sale purchases will incur a delivery charge as per above.

 

4. Insurance:

Goods will be insured during the time it is in transit up until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us.

 

5. Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way to you. The email will tell you which courier your package has been sent with and it will also include a tracking number that you can use to find out where it is.

 

6. International and European Orders:

Please also note; in the interests of credit card fraud detection and prevention, it is our company policy to undertake several checks to ensure the validity of any transaction before goods are dispatched to all our customers. As an added security measure for all overseas orders we do require verification by means of a bank statement before the order is dispatched. This can sent via Email or Fax.

 

7. Packaging:

Most of our items are dispatched in a postal bag.
