Exchange and Returns is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 28 days from your order date, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. Items must not be soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour.

We can offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour, or an item costing the same as your original purchase or if an item is less than your original purchase. However unfortunately we cannot exchange an item for a more expensive item.  You will have to return your purchase for a refund and then purchase as normal your newly required garment. Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed. We will send out your exchange free of charge. If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund to your account. Please note you may only make an exchange on the same item once.


All sale, discounted or promotional items must be returned within 7 days from your order date.

A full refund or exchange will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect order therefore we will refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.

Item (s) should be returned via an insured, traceable service. Please make a note of any tracking numbers in case they are required. We are not responsible for any damaged caused to goods in transit, so please insure that they are securely packaged.

Please allow up to 10 working days after we receive the goods for the refund to be credited to your bank account.
